If heat is your thing, Spicy biltong is for you. Using the original biltong recipe, but with the added spice that brings out the flavor, and leaves you with a satisfying heat to go with it.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (no fish), Coriander, Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Spices

Spicy and hot biltong

The spicy and hot biltong was excellent quality from a texture and meet perspective. It, however, wasn’t really that spicy. I’d lie it if their was a bit more heat present in the flavor. Peri-peri would be a great addition.
