Ingredients: Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (no fish), Coriander, Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Spices

Texture

The shredded strips and pieces are the best as these pieces are drier, are cured more thoroughly and release flavor with mastication. Texture is everything. The thicker offerings do not dry out thoroughly enough and the retained moisture allows for mold.
Thin, dried out strips and pieces, regardless of seasoning is the way to go!
